That just plain ridiculous and has a good possibility of being thrown out in court. I hope she goes for being 5 over. That's almost an outrage. It's damm near impossible to be "Perfect" on the road as far as NEVER going over the limit by 5 mph with so many things going on and to look out for. Especially coming off the hi way going 5 over. Keep if frickin real for goodness sake!

If the judge has any common sense and decency it will be tossed. I'm willing to bet and if not that's just plain wrong IMO.

Now if that would have been you you would have had your keys taken for a year by your parents? Since that happened to your mom now hopefully she sees that it's the luck of the draw out there when it comes to tickets. It's part of life and it happens. Nobody's perfect but 5 over. A travesty IMO
