I smile back and tell him I just have a custom "cat-back" and Volant. Then he proceeds to apologize as he just wanted to see what brand this "good looking pick-up truck" he was about to pass.
WHEW!! He could have blown my doors off with his Porsche Boxter!

If it was pre 99 he wouldn't have blown your doors off. As a matter of fact the Titan would have given him a run for his money. At least 0 to 60.

"Still some pure Porsche enthusiasts have been complaining that the 2.5lt engine just wasn't powerful enough, so mid-1999 saw the introduction of the 3.2 liter Boxster S which with 252 hp should silence all doubterst. At the same time the basic 2.5lt. engine was also replaced by a slightly more powerful 2.7lt engine."
Now post 99 would have been a different story for a stock Titan. Non S versions pull 6.1 0 to 60. Given a Titan running around 6.0 to 6.5 0 to 60 average with intake and exhaust mods I wouldn't call that getting your doors blown off.

The Boxster S on the other hand might qualify for "getting your doors blown off."
"The Boxster S commands an extra $9000, but it's money well spent. Displacement for the 24-valve DOHC horizontally opposed six jumps from 2.7 to 3.2 liters, resulting in 250 horsepower at 6250 rpm, compared to 217 in the regular version of the Boxster. Torque gets a healthy boost, from 192 to 225 lb-ft at 4500 rpm. 0-60 time is down from 6.1 to 5.7 seconds."
Anyway it's nice to see some respect from a Porsche driver for the Titan.

Titan commands respect.
