Videos of Titan Vs F250, Z, Chevy: Stock Titan Quarter Mile Runs

I made it back out to the strip but this time I brought my camera. I've posted the results and videos on my Titan page. Fastest run of the night was 15.821 against the F250. For some reason I couldn't get near my previous time of 15.418. The truck is completely stock (not including the custom camera mount ) and has 10,000 miles on it.

I had a total of 18 runs, burned almost a quarter tank of gas just on the strip. Here are three of the more interesting time slips. First one was the run with the Z, second one was with the 11 second Mustang and the third was against the F250, see the videos here . #1923

Anyway, thought you guys might enjoy the videos of the Titan in action. Once again, I had a blast. I love this truck.

Yes, I would love to see your truck fly down the strip. You can easily take those 80 something mustangs.

Any tips for me now that you've "sat" in the passenger seat? (Actually the center console.)

I wouldn't worry about being slower than your best times.........conditions effect times alot............my truck went 15.5 @ 88 stock with the temp being around 70 and the humidity below 50%.........now with Intake and Exhaust i'm hitting 15.4 @ 89 at around 88 degrees and 80%+ humidity........I cant wait till it cools down again.........keep it up more vidsssssssss haha.

oh and start modding that beast

Hail, the honda you recorded whoopin' your arse was not a honda but a Mitsubishi Evolution... those things are friggin' fast with 0-60 times in the 5.4 range. i'm not surprised that turbocharged 4banger destroyed the titan!!!

no, no worries. i just gotta commend you for supplying all of us here with your vids, they're awesome!!! it sure does look amazing when that 11 second mustang made the titan look like it was standing still. hell the guy was at the end of the track roasting marshmallows by the time you took off...
thanks again, and many kudos for the videos!!!

All hail, Hail!!

You're probably right. Between the track conditions and reduced tread I would imagine there would be a difference in speed. At least this time I could tell if I was breaking traction, the first time I went out, there were a few alcohol running dragsters that made it very hard to hear anything. Need to work on my launch. We'll see this winter how things go. I'll keep the vids coming and maybe there's a mod or two coming in the near future.

Awesome! That's what I'm talking about. Now we need some vid from the head. I want to do the same with a buddy filming track side and footage from inside as well.

Excellent videos.

You might try mounting your camera facing out your rear sliding window to show the distance between you and the competition.

PS: this wont work against that EVO

Cool vids...I noticed the F250 was not a diesel. What did the V-10 run out of curiousity?

Never mind I see it on your webpage....18.2
