Hello all, nice Forum.
Well, this all started on the Dodgeforum.com Street/Strip forum.
Someone had posted that they had finally raced and beat a Titan and was getting the usual "good kill" and "way to beat Nissan" stuff. Then Hipnotic posted this:

I have a titan and i have taken down every ram in my path. All hemis, 2x4 4x4 2500 you name it! If you have a dodge ram and are in so cal (626/909/951 area codes), I will race for pink slips (exception of srt-10)

Hipnotik if your scared to run for money then lets just do it so I could prove that a hemi ram will beat your titan...
anyhow if anyone else with a titan would like to run just let me know, I respect all people no matter what car they drive as long as they respect me...
Titans are fast though, but its alot easier to get a ram in the 12's then a titan I know that for a fact...anyhow I'll post my times from my july 9th track date the day after...

So there it is Hipnotik, in front of both Forums now. I don't blame you if you don't take the bait, but remember, you requested this meeting.
I don't come on this Forum expecting alot of respect for Dodge or to read about how it's such a great truck, why do you troll and get pissed off and make dumb statements in a Dodge forum when someone posts a Titan kill?

I apologize if anyone else is offended by this post, I respect the Titan forum but l couldn't let this kid off the hook. It's a mild lesson to learn, shouldn't be too hard on his Ego.

I dont see anything offensive in your post and only wish I was close enough to watch the races.

It would be cool to see a "Truck Nite" at the local dragstrips from time to time.

I am down to race unless he has a turbo/supercharger in it. Simply due to the fact that a turbo/super charger is not available yet for our truck. You compare apples with apples, not apples with oranges. Thats why I excluded the SRT-10

Also, do they have chips out for the '04 Dodge 1500s?
Might make a difference.

Thanks for stopping by and being up front about things, btw you guy;s also have a good forum as well ,with lots of cool members there, be cool to see how this turns out.

Buzzkill, I am not calling BS on anyone or challenging "all Titans" to a race.
I try and respond in a timely manner to any challenges that I might have initiated.
I only posted since it was on 6/3 when the challenge was made and it's been 9 days.
It only took a hour or so after I posted this, again, sorry if I took advantage but It was annoying waiting for a reply after such a strong challenge.
To the rest of those that responded, thanks for the kind words and I say to this race, run what you brung and hope you brung enough!

There isnt a non turbo/super-ed ram out that can beat me. But im just going to let you find that out for yourself!

July 9th however might not be so good. I might still be out in Florida visiting family for 4th of July. If you can find one in June that would be awesome.

but you never said the ram couldn't be supercharger (and I'm not about to take it off just to run you) however though I do know someone who has a N/A hemi you might have a good run against... I'll let him know...

Moparman, don't worry about ruffling any feathers. we're all truck people. Allot of us would have done the same thing if one of your guys posted S#it like that. Nothing worse than a troll stirring up S#it. Hipnotic put up or shut up, and quit stirring up crap on other forums and bringing it back here. My god we trash trolls daily and here you are trolling Dodge forums.

Thanks SubTitan, looks to be the makings of a high dollar race, I've seen this type of cash at 9 and 8 second street races, (no not turbo sub-compacts racing) but never any 12-14 second cars racing for big money!
Kind of humorous in a way.
