Volvo punk gets lesson from Titan

I'm heading home tonight at dusk on a 4 lane road. About 6 other cars are ahead of me, the closest being a Volvo 860 (it was hard to see), maybe 5 years old. We are funneled into 1 lane by cones as there is construction up ahead. The other 4 cars go about 35 and seperate from the Volvo and I, as he is going slower. After about 5 seconds, he suddenly hits his brakes - for no discernible reason. I figure he isn't paying attention and that he thought he was too close to a cone or something. So, I give a quick horn toot to let him know "careful, we're squeezed in here pretty tight". He flips me off! I then gave him about 3 seconds of brights, which lit up his whole cabin, to let him know he better mellow out fast. So, he hits his brakes again! Jerk! At this point, we were up to the workers and eqpt. so I had to stay cool. At the next light, at which point the construction ended, there was a 100 yards of 2 lanes, 1 for passing, in my direction before it merged back to 1, then more construction and no easy passing for miles. I knew this moron would try to stay in front of me just to be a jerk. So the light goes green, he being first in line. He moves forward and I swing wide to go around him. He floors the Volvo to stay ahead. I thought "it is on . . . let's dance!" and gave the Titan 75% throttle (gotta conserve fuel!). I passed him in a few seconds and easily merged back in front before the narrowing. He looked so frustrated when I went by, trying to keep that Volvo ahead of the Titan - it was truly comical. Afterwards, I returned to normal speed. He gave up and faded into the distance.

Better bring more than a 5 year old Volvo if you want to mess with the Titan!!

my mom and pop live N. Highlands Sac- for a few years now. They're from SF,but they say that Sac Valley traffic is as competitive as a F1 race (plenty of A^$holes)
i went to go visit them last weekend and i saw a solo spinout going up on 80 and another coming home(Napa).

What would your plans be to put him in the bushes?
Would you ram him from behind?
Swerve at him from the side in hopes to scare him off the road?
Actually place your vehicle against the side of his own and push him off the road??
Possibly brandish a weapon and threaten the other car off the road?
How would you explain these actions to the other drivers that would be watching you?

As a side question if someone "Placed another car in the bushes", and in doing so they had a accident which lost there life could you be charged with vehicular homicide?

There's no doubt the owner of the Volvo was being a a$$, but it wasnt anything worth damaging my own truck or facing felony charges.

It's true that you never know, but the driver of a Volvo luxury car isn't likely packing heat! Sometimes ya gotta stand up for yourself regardless!

Speaking of Volvos', I saw this kid driving a clapped out 70's Volvo and he had made the first "O" into a "U" and the second "O" into an "A". I still laugh about it today....Maybe I should remove the "AN" off the badge on the tailgate of my truck.

Done it before, twice, and would do it again.

Actually the most fun I had was in the vette. I sped up in front of them and stopped dead. They stopped too. Then I slammed it in reverse and backed up on them, fast. Then....well use your own imagination. Won't post my illegal doings here.
