Mercedes Kill

well on my ride home today i got off of the freeway, there are two long streets on the way to my house. Well at the light between the two streets I turned left two cars behind my victim went around the car between us. Then i noticed that i was not gaining on him to fast, I was not givin her all i had, yet. We got side by side then I opened her up as he did. Then we were off about a 50 mph rolling start dead even and i just pulled him hard. I got about a full length in front of him before the two lanes merge. We came up on the stop sign at the end, he wouldn't even look over at me. Boy would he have been even more pist when he found out he was not only beaten by a lifted full size but the driver is a 20 year old punk kid.

On a side note...

Back when this War Stories was started, it was a palce that members could go to tell stories without ridicule, but yet it's still happening?

What's sad is that that thing probably has more towing capacity than us with its 738 ft/lbs from the factory. Just send it over to Harmut Fehyl at Renntech and you could pull 10 Titans...

it's a pretty crazy little car. i saw a video recently called, "the little silver car" which starred a silver SL65 AMG with only a renntech management device that did 3 mid 11 second runs. i forgot who he ran first but he destroyed that car. after the appetizer, he ate a corvette for dinner. after that, he was matched up against an old style pickup that most likely wasn't street legal.

i also read an article a while back that had someone reviewing the car. he said if he was going 20mph and stomped on the gas a little bit... the car would just get sideways... that's a lot of torque!
