my damn truck is fast even though i only have flomaster exaust with the resonators taken out and a drop in k&n filter cant wait till i get the jba headers and hi flow intake
What does the title of this thread mean? How fast is your truck?
For what it is worth, you might want to do a search here regarding headers. The JBA's like most shorties on other trucks, have proven to be very disappointing. No real power gain. Even their posted dyno shows power at the same level dynos have shown on many of the stock trucks here.
I'm saving up for long tube headers. A bit more in price, but waaaaaay more power.
Just one opinion.

Those that know me know I that the only fast vehicle I own is a 1987 Nissan Hardbody with the 4banger Z engine.
Other than that I only have an 11 second Mopar and a 10 second Camaro.
I also have a 70 Cuda drag car project and a 71 Dodge Demon that I'm building for my son.

Love that car!! I had a 72 dodge dart, fun little car!!! I think it weighed a whopping 2200# for a 318 it could move along!! The only mod I did to it was aluminum dual exaust. To poor in my day to get anything else!!!

Cool, mine is a Demon 340, I bought it without the original engine, it had a 318. But I have since bought a 1971 340 so it will be correct for the year.
Now I'm going to try and convince my son not to beat it up too much.

I don't have any, but they are covered in primer right now and aren't very appealing! But one day I will paint them and I don't know if it will help or hurt, LOL!

It's all good man, paint is overated anyway.
I'd love to do a Cuda project with my son. Ever since I saw the movie, Phantasm, I've wanted one!

Phantasm! I love that movie! Here is a pic of my Cuda that I sold at last years "Mopars at the Strip" show.

Man, you're making me drool and cry. I foolishly sold my '70 Plymouth 340 Duster years ago and have regretted it every day. It was in that really bright lime green color. Ordered it from the factory delete every option except the engine, 4 speed, 3.91 limited slip. No air. Didn't even have power steering. Blueprinted the new engine and ran it Showroom Stock while in college, drove it a few years and sold it when I was low on cash. Makes me cry. What a car.
In my admittedly biased opinion the 68-71 Mopar 340 short block was the most under-rated and over-performing short block of its era and probably the most responsive to minor and inexpensive mods. Drive one and you are hooked.
Maybe I'll try to find a good one and build it up again.
