Re: Lifted Titan Vs Lifted F150

Not to hijack the thread but I have a quick question. I passed in front of a Nissan Dealership the other day and right in front they had 2 Titan's one was the Smoke color and the other was the Red Brawn. Both were brand new trucks for sale, they were lifted with what looked like aftermarket wheels and tires. Prob 2 of the best looking trucks I've seen. Now for my question.....I'm assuming this a package you get get on the 4x4 Titan's, does Nissan also change the gear ratios since they these trucks have a taller tire or do they have the same gear ratio as the regular 4x4?

Re: Lifted Titan Vs Lifted F150

Good kill, but to be expected. C-mon you know Ford has to supercharge everything just to make it compete. Off topic but I was browsing through a truckin mag and saw a Roush Supercharger for the new F-150 that gives 140HP for $8,300....ouch!..Stillen all of a sudden doesn't seem so bad, which it's not really.

That ford driver will from now on and forever stay away from Titans! He will probably have to pick on Rams now lol.

funny you say that. my 03 F-150 had SuperChips tuned by Mike Troyer, Mac intake, Magnaflow custom exhaust, dual e-fans, underdrive pullies....It surprised a lot of Trucks. I had 2 Hemi kills....never got to race a Titan. Now that I have a Titan with no mods (yet), I know my Ford would have beaten my Titan at least from about 0-70 or so. It had 3:73 gears which I think helped a lot. A well modded F-150 may surprise you guys?....but then again. When I bought my Titan, I also tried the new F-150 and there was no comparison in power....I now own a Titan

Chest pounding is funny...lol If the Titan smoked it, so would a HEMI.. they are REAL close, we win, but its still close...

Can probably beat up on bowties, as long as they are stock. My Bro-in-law has a chevy (04) and he won't even race me..lol The SS are quick tho.
