Lost to a Titan

Hey there! I am a member of the Dodge Forum and I thought I would come here, be honest and respectable. Tell you a little bit about my race. Hope you don't mind me here.

I have an 06 Hemi QC Ram. On the way back from my sons baseball game (alone my son went to his friends) and I am driving along minding my buisness when a white single cab ??? (2 door?) titan comes up beside me, being a Quad Cab I knew I stood no chance. But I love the Titan and my wife has a Murano I thought I would try. Right after he does a little fly by, I caught up. He held the fingers up and geastured honking the horn. I obliged and he honked it 3 times. He was OFF and he obviously won. But I felt that my Hemi was catching up to him. It seems like hemis are quick at the end and not the start. So I lost to a titan and not afraid to admit it.

\Thanks Guys!

J.

They're closely matched, yours and ours, but a slight edge STOCK to us. Modded, you've got lots of options. Our options are far fewer, but increasing slowly. Welcome aboard!

It's all good though. I am planning to get rid of the Ram for the 2008 Challenger. Then we will race.

Ah,
That's like me tearing up a new 2500 mega cab with the wife's 3.5 time and time again.

Re: Lost to a Titan

Hey all I have been around for a few months but never posted as I don't want to stick my nose where it doesn't belong but I have a question. It is common knowledge that stock for stock a titan will beat a QC hemi but what about a regular cab hemi? how will the titan do in that race? Quit picking on the mega cab guys it's not fair for them haha it's like a fat kid trying to run the mile. lol.

Alot of these guys are running Crew Cab Titan which are similar to the Mega Cab HEMI. I think a QC HEMI is very simialr to a King Cab Titan. Stock for stock I heard they are very close and could go either way depending on drivers.
