Spanked an impala ss 3 times

I spanked a newer red impala ss three times last night. Going down the access roads from light to light I had this impala run me. With uprev tuning, my start is much more aggressive. In first I would spin and in second, power kicks in a lot harder. Third gear is not the bread and butter anymore. 1st and 2nd gear is awesome. I lost the impala everytime off the line and he could not get close. It was a good 4-5 lenghts every time unless I kept the pedal to the floor. The third run at the light I was behind another car while he was all free. When green turns I hooked around the car in front of me like he was standing still and shot in front of the impala with no problem. I think he would have had a better chance on the top end. What do these cars run anyways???

I'm not sure how fast a stock ss impala is, but with that uprev tune your running well into the 14's. Your going to surprise a lot of cars. lol.

I am glad to oblige. I am pretty happy with the tuning. I want to hear what the guys with the tuning and nitrous are doing. I want to see low 13's and high 12's!!

Toomnymods getting low 14s, he might get into the 13s with good traction. I haven't found any one to run with yet since Up Rev tuned.

Im just glad the tuning from Uprev was worth it! I was pumped to be able to put the Uprev to the test. Especially on cars and not just trucks. Hey hemi what is your boxster 0-60 time?

a mid 90's Impala SS that you ran?

If these can run those kind of times then I would think
you ran an older Imp SS. If you beat it as bad as you say
that would put you in the mid to high 13's IMHO.

going by what the performance shop said about my truck having the timing advance is that a timing advance and nitrous is a recipe for a blown motor.

you need to retard the timing for nitrous.

if you go by strictly perfomance.

i have diffrent "maps" on my tune i have 5 diffrent selectable tuned maps from uprev 2 for nitrous and 1 tuned agressive map, and valet and the stock map.. the two n20 mps have no increased timing at all

I think you will need a big nitrous shot to run with a blown motor and I don,t know how you would tune for that.

not exactly sure on the 0-60 time....

my 1/4 is- 14.2 at 98.7 mph

with flash and dyno time of 3 hrs the grand total is only 825.00, but most people wont need 3 hrs of dyno time it took a extra 1.5 hrs of dyno time trying to tune my nitrous setup to be safe.. i wanted the a/f in the correct regions for the track..
