Some Hemi videos for you guys :D

Its been a while since I posted here, so I thought I would throw up some videos from the 1/8th mile track last week. Against the lightning I ran a 8.40 @ 80.69mph and the pass against the silver mustang was another 8.40, but at 81.17mph. And the pass against the black mustang was a 8.09 @ 82.71mph with a 50 shot.

runs looked awesome matt, maybe being that the drag radials where on your truck will bring mine some good luck, lol i love the race that you smoked the hell out of the lightning, even if you wouldnt have redlighted bet you woulda spanked him.. can't wait till next friday.. do you know about how much each tire weighs? jegs said 8.8lbs but i don't see how that'd be possible..

I did redlight, but it was a .4741...so I jumped the gun only .03 seconds early...DAMN!! As for the tire weight, They are about 24lbs each...I dont know where in the hell Jegs got 8.8lbs from???

damn and i was getting my hopes up for 32lb wheel/tire combo,lol well i know the wheels are 24lbs each and figured the tires where about 20-22 so looks like i'm only losing maybe 13-16lbs per wheel now

stock 18's with kdw's about 62-64lbs
new 17's with drag radials 48lbs..

Her, thats right HER, best of the night was a 8.90, and my worst was a 8.44

My friends uncle has a stock Lightning with a smaller pulley....says he runs mid 8's in the 1/8 mile.....normal for stock???

That sounds about right...That smaller pulley is probably giving him 1 or 2 more pounds of boost. Most stock lightnings I have seen run high 8's. It was funny because she had no time on here window and told me she runs 8.40's...haha

So I told her to let me know when she wants to run. She got in line real fast, and I saw her, so I gave the video camera to my buddy and chased her down...She didnt talk to me for the rest of the night

You are hooking up nicely. How are you putting the power down? (tires). I run a bit slower in the 1/8th @ 82.5ish @ 13.549 101.67 (best) in the 1/4.

I am using M&H Drag radials. The ones I used in those videos were 275/50/17's and I also have a set of 325/45/17's that I will use when I start to run a bigger shot.
