At least get a boxster S! LOL or maybe you should trade it in on a titan. not that it would be faster, just maybe you should.

Re: Raced a Jeep GC SRT8

If you can'tbeat em, at least enjoy the ride. It is still a Porsche. Bet you beat them on tracks with curves in them!

Re: Raced a Jeep GC SRT8

Love this write-up. Hmm they were thinking of you with that Porsche!

The Jeep SRT-8 is Jeep's flag-ship Grand Cherokee model. Following in the footsteps the Viper laid down with the SRT model, DC has tweaked the Grand Cherokee into a sport-car killer with muscle-car credentials. Not a hard path to follow, really, it just takes some engineering guts to step up and make such a model.
Let's see if the Jeep SRT-8 specs can tell us a bit about this wolf-in wolf's clothing, shall we?

Measurement Result Thoughts
0 - 60 MPH 4.9 seconds Porsche-eating quick
60 - 0 MPH 125 feet Life-saving shortness
Top Speed 155 MPH Electronically governed
Skidpad 0.92 g Leave your lattes home
0 - 100 - 0 MPH 19.3 seconds Slower than a Cobra, but, come on
Towing 3,500 lbs But, why...?

Re: Raced a Jeep GC SRT8

Kinda like the Jeep GC they made with the 5.9L a few years ago...think those ran high 14's or so. Know if only DC would rework the old 4.0L I6 and bring it back...
