Newer guy sayin hello

Greetings Titan folks, I am a new Chrysler 300c owner with a general interest in trucks. I had a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado that unfortunately ended up in the back of a BMW X5. Complete and total loss to the Chevy. As I was new into cars and trucks back then, I had soon realized Chevrolet was not the right fit for me, nor was a truck. I do a lot of driving for my work. Probably 60-70k per year. I needed something comfortable to drive the long highways. I chose a Chrysler 300c. Being on the highways a lot in the new car. I have gotten a fair share of races under my belt. 1 in particular being a Nissan Titan. Here is my story......... It is around 5:30 in the morning, just cruising along the highway going the speed limit. A red nissan titan with only 2 doors but was extended. I apoligize for my lack of knowledge in your trucks. It sounded good! I let him pass me a little bit to get a look at the truck. Dual exhaust. I had to race this man. I quickly caught up to him and realized it was just a younger kid, no older than 20. I just stayed at speed with him, nobody else on this highway. He looked at me and he gave the ok! I motioned for him to honk 3 times, he did! we were off. We were dead even for a good 50 feet until I started to pull on him, in the end I had about 2 lengths on him. He did good, would have whooped my Silverado's butt in a race. We never did race again, just a thumbs up and off we went. My car is stock except for Brembo Brakes. I just thought I would come tell you all about my race, love your truck. If I didn't drive so much it probably would have been in my garage. I may or may not come back to visit this site...unless I run into another Titan, maybe when I do, he will beat me. Wouldn't bother me losing to a nice truck. G'day- Cole

I find it extremely humorous that you would jump right to War Stories, and talk smack. I will assume you have a Hemi?? That being said, newbies on here usually post a new to the forum thread or something similar. Well, I can see the clock ticking, and time is about up. So, nice to hear your war story, and Bye Bye!!

What is so hard to believe that a 300c beat a Titan Truck? I am not causing problems here. Just shared my story.

Re: Newer guy sayin hello

I believe all the 300c's have hemis, thats what makes it a 300c vs. a 300. I could be wrong though.
