In the Titan/Popular Mechanics thread about Truck of the Year, the F-150 beat the Titan in braking. "The F-150 outstopped everything but the Tundra". (I think they mixed up the unloaded/loaded times on a couple of trucks)

I think the video is accurate. So what, the Toyot ais better than your Titans in that stuff and it is better than my Hemi, I won't complain it is a very nice vehicle. Even if my truck is the slowest I don't mind, it gets the job done for what I need and is a comfortable good looking ride. Just give credit where it is due and still be happy with your vehicle.

The brake test simulation is bull crap. For this format, the trucks should be side by side at 60mph and then hit the brakes. I see that Toyota is using Ford marketing tactics here.

in that case the only thing your hemi was able to beat was a f150 and that was by a hair look at the first vid.im just trying to help your hemi out. that vid is BS

Yeah that may be correct according to the video and I don't mind as I have never lost to an N/A ford, any chevy or any Titan. So my ego is not hurt by this video as it is for alot of the guys in this thread.

I've only owned 69 chevrolet pu, 86 nissan pu, 99 chevrolet pu,04 titan pu, loved the 69, liked the 99, but there is in my eyes no truck any better than my 04 titan faster or slower

i wish i could cuss on here because i believe that is total bs!.....the new tundras are truly not that impressive! i honestly cant see any difference in the new tundra vs. the titan, when you test drive the tundra, i also believe nissan makes a more quality vehicle then a stupid damn toyota!..... sorry just letting off steam, i just cant stand a toyota and will never believe they can stand up to what a nissan can..... just my opinions
