That X-runner did look really cool and it sounded good aswell. I was down on the fence line for that race. I didn't see the hemi titan race but that titan was bad *** looking too. That hemi was always real fast, I'm just glad I finally beat him.

that's a very common time at vegas for titans. Our track is 2200 feet above sea level and we are about 4 tenths slower than most you guys so that titan actually went 15.8.

no ****.. horrible time for a titan, im wondering what his deal was bone stock with no trutrac i ran a 15.7@87mph

It's our elevation. Kills times. I think the guy had exhaust and some 22's. There is another guy that is a member here that goes out with us and he has a titan with a flowmaster muffler and volant and he went 16.0 I believe so this is just a slow track.

toomnymods how is a 15.4 at 87 w/ a CC 4X4 w/ just a banks on it. is that sh*tty or respectable.

I dunno. The Titan driver looked like he was asleep at the wheel. He got blown away at the light. Looks like he wasn't paying attention to the Xmas tree. I'll bet a better start would have evened things up.

I agree that he was asleep at the wheel, but there is no way he woulda beaten that HEMI. That guy runs 15 flat consistently. That titan ran like 4 times and every time he ran in the 16's.

Reaction time out here doesnt matter. It's whoever has the fastest time. For the grudge matches R/T has nothing to do with final times. So him "falling asleep" really doesn't have anyhing to do with his time. Blingalong, remember, you're also at 2200ft so you actually ran about a 15 flat.

I know you didnt ask me Bling... but imo, 15.4 (15 flat sea level) is very respectable for the mod you have.

Hell my best before tune was 14.9 at 880 feet above. And that was with intake, exhaust, tbs and timing advance. lol

bling also has 33's and 4x4 so I think he has a true factory freak. I also think you guy's titans may be faster than the other titan body styles for some reason. I'm not too sure though. What are you running now flimflam?

sounds good to me add a aem intake or volant and you should hit a 14.9 @92mph or so.. both cai,banks and 2 degree timing advance definatly add some spunk to this motor..

Yeah im going to go w/ the volant for sure. i looked at hemi228 at the track and it looks like some quality stuff plus i like how its sealed off. then in april when our chip comes out thats next. hopefully that will get me to the low 15 high 14 at our elevation. and hey toomnymods i want to do the TB bypass mod. i thought i would as you cause you obviously know what your talking about. would that benifit me at all? temps here are going to be 70 in the next few weeks . then after that they are just going to keep going up.

Yes it looks like Bling has one of the stronger Titans.

My Titan is fairly light... weighing in at about 5150 with 1/4 tank of petro. I think Bling prob weighs a good few hundred more being 4x4 and BT gears.

The track around here doesnt open up until late March. I have logged 0-60' and 0-90's using Cipher software and I am easily running .4 faster with the tune. I'd be stoked to run .5/.6 faster come track season.
