One of the guys I work with has a Ford exactly like those and admits they are sh!t in the sand....I told him I'd be happy to tow him where ever he needs to go when he breaks down. I think he is getting ready to buy a Titan.

He's a member here. Asking for trouble going in reverse like that and hopping the truck, if you ask me. I'm guessing hopping the Ferd like that is why it broke too.

Yeah, Titan vs. Ferds Part I is even better. Old vids, but still very fun to watch. I load them up at every family gathering! Inlaws are diehard Ford fanatics!

You should replay the part everytime you see the TITAN towing the F-250.....
I have been to those dunes. I took my sc frontier to them and was killing f250 all day long. people could not understand how I was making it up all the hills. the 1st vid is cooler and I remember going up it. The titan look like it had no problem. I had to try with the frontier but I made it. I wish I had my titan when I lived in San Diego!
I think a lighter truck would do better in soft sand like that. That might be why the titan will do better, think about how a snowmobile operates best in deep snow, it needs to stay on top.
Its harder to make it up hills and he was just proving he could do it. I am sure it was fun untill the front diff blew up.
gotcha... i've ridden my quad in sand pits around here, but nothing like what you have out on the west coast... of course this was all before i got my titan. seems like an expensive way to prove a point though..

I would never do it but I am sure it looked cool seeing him do it.
