5.3 Silverado beats Titan (Video)

I know that you all have seen this vid b4 however the guy in the chevy made a pretty funny rebuttal movie on the race.

After I watched that race again, I still think the Titan got pulled...The chevy was floored and the Titan was BARELY falling back. If the Titan wouldnt have been trying, he would hae fallen back a hell of a lot faster, hence how he did at the end of the vid.

well come to think about it they dont state any mods or anything whatsoever so you cant say it was a fair race also the silverado looked to be about 3 feet ahead of the titan in the beginning usually the races should start from 0mph but idiots tend to cheat their way out of it so now tell me this... how many upgrades can u put on a chevy silverado??? hundreds.. and for cheap also, on nissan titans theyres only like a dozen and theyre pretty darn expensive but as far as stock, the titan could have taken it easily.

Dang, just as i was about to invest in the "Mighty" Titan...

Your right about the mods issue, I can definately tell the Silvy has intake and exhaust and ive heard thru the grapevine that he had a Hypertech programmer. Speaking of programmers, didnt the stillen chip come out? what kind of gains are you guys seeing?

I heard the Stillen is ok. Allot of people have been getting SES codes, Cylinder Mis fires...

I can't say the Titan was racing, so no comment

Oh, and Chevy has abotu 10x the amount of mods compared to our Titan mods

1/4 mile facts from recent races at the local strip. Chevy SS pickup 16.0 in the quarter, not once but twice. With Zoomers exhaust and CAI I was running 15.88 in the quarter consistently. These are mid summer Florida hot runs, take it for what you will.

haha im jealous of the titan? gimmie a break. Dont flame me about a vid i had nothing to with, I just passed it on for ur info. I guess in your books, it just aint possible to beat a Titan with a chevy. Is that what im gathering? If so you guys are either on crack or you are keeping it quiet that you have lost at some point and don't want to feed the non titan owners. what ever the case may be, you wouldn't catch me dead in a titan. As for me owning a Z06, ur right I dont, I never said that i did in any of my posts anyway, so i dont know where that came from either... dam you guys just love puttin words in other peoples mouths eh?

yes my dad does own a C6. big deal, Im in the middle of a project that will beat both of those cars and believe it or not, even THE MIGHTY TITAN!!!

Well, I am here to try n keep things on a level playing field for other brands but more and more as it seems, no one wants to have any respect for the other non titan owners. which is fine, you guys bought your trucks for a reason and i understand that completely, however knowing the chances that 99% of you guys on here have at some point owned a chevy, dodge, ford, I thought that some of you guys would be a little more open minded on non titan issues.

I do realize that you guys may take offense to the vids i just posted and i totally understand your anger. however, keep in mind that I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE VIDEO.

I really find it funny that no one on this site with except to sobegrafics and few select others will dare join other truck sites cuz they would rather tell each other lies then see the truth that the MIGHTY TITAN is not the fastest truck on earth and is not the best towing rig. Its funny because every time a titan loses on this website, you guys pull out the same old excuses for why you lost, or just flat out call bs all together. Hell you guys post outrageous clams that youve beaten supercharged silverados, lightnings and modded ss silverados and even gone as far to claim that youve out pulled a duramax, with nothing more than an intake or exhaust. whatever the excuse may be, it dosent change the fact that you have your precious Stillen chip and you guys still slow. And just incase you guys have forgotten, I HAVE NOT LOST TO A TITAN YET!!! Ive raced 5 titans some modded some stock and I have been victorious on all occasions. I mean dam, ive called out vegastitan numerous times and given him my # and now after almost a year, he hasnt tried to back his s.hit up. and to be flat honest I really dont give a dam about racing him anymore. My track times speak for themselves. With out traction i still run faster times than vegastitan and trap consistently 4 mph quicker in the 1/4. With traction, feel that my truck is capable of 15.00 or lower but what do i know. just another hasty assumption from a non titan owner on a titan website. but really, at the end of the day, were comparing bricks with v8 engines that are designed without drag racing in mind. I have since moved on from modding my truck because of this.

So, 3L71, maybe you should read up on my past posts if you still think that im here to "Troll". And If i was here to troll, I would have gotten myself banned after my second post... and if you feel like you need to ban me to boost your "leader of the titan talk community ego" for what ive just said, well go ahead cuz i really don't give a f.uck
