I Am Retiring This Month At 34 From The Phila Fire Dept Due To A Right Hand Injury And Several Surgeries So I Have Been Taking It Easy-anyway I Was Told Yesterday That My Disability Was Approved Which Made Me Feel Good Since I Have Been In Pain And Misery For 14 Months While Waiting.after All The News I Picked Up My Kids From School And Drop Two Off Taking My Teen To The Store.i Am Comng Down A Major Highway And Some A Hole In A New F150 Gets In Front Of Me And Locks It Up.i Pull To His Side And Look Over Like Wtf.he Flips Me The Bird And Punches The Pedal-my Boy Says Are You Going To Take That Crap.i Punch The Pedal Back And Before I Knew It I Flew Past Him And Was A Few Lengths In Front Of Him When All Of A Sudden I Hear The Siren.we Both Get Pulled Over And When The Cop Walks Up To Me He Sees The Plates(pfd Tags) And Tells Me To Have A Nice Day-i Apologize And He Told Me The Other Truck Was Racing And Driving Up And Down The Highway For Several Minutes So He Waited To He Came Back Down.by The Way The Wife Is Pissed Because My Boy Has A Big Mouth.

Glad to hear you smoked his azz and didn't get a ticket. Wearing a uniform (military, fire dept, ect) can really get you out of trouble sometimes. Good luck with your retirement.

Damn Firemen!!! I would of given you a ticket!!! just kidding. I always given firemen breaks. I was pulled over last weekend by a SC trooper, I was speeding going 70 in a 50mph zone. Trooper came up I told him I was a ex-cop and he said "have a nice day"

20 yrs ago I got pulled bu a NYS Trooper while on leave from the Army. I was speeding. I showed him my military ID and he said slow down and have a nice day.
Also got pulled a few months back on the way home and my wife (Who is a police offiicer) was in the passenger seat. When the cop came to my window she said ..how ya doing officer (can't remember his name but she worked with him) he just laughed and walked back to his cruiser and drove off.
