Another Toyota Owner

Just steppin in to check out the forums. After the little heat that has started in the last few days, theres been plenty of talks back and forth, both educated and formal, and some blatant ignorance and useless. Ive been around forums for awhile now, and know the love hate relationships between "rival" makes and models, while most of the time the "battles" are all in good fun, there are always a few who show their *** and ruin ones opinion for that group of people.

But I come bearing good will and a desire to run some Titans in the NE FL area.
Some references have been made to time with a modded x, I myself am the one who has put down multiple 14.6s in a x in n/a form. Although my best on video is a 14.7, ive got plenty of slips to back up the rest of my times.

Re: Another Toyota Owner

14.6 huh? Why do you want to run titans? Even the lightly modded titans on here do better than that. Should scope around the forum more and find out before you put any money up. Have fun and enjoy your stay.

Not looking to put forth money on runs. Its all in good fun for me. If I wanted to put up some dough, Ill make sure to have some $K's under the hood.

and according to the recent truck wars here in fla last month, only one truck seems to be running faster than I currently am.

I wish it was a rule that if you are trolling you state how you came across the forum initially. I can just picture these guys googling away............

There will always be someone faster. Just comparing times with similar mods. Now if would could have the extra 1.6l's of displacement, and the aftermarket you'll have for internals like cams, then im sure our times would be lower as well. Also, his built automatic definately gives him a hell of an advantage.

Like I said, take some time and read through our forums. There are lots of guys here faster than you. They also have slips posted. Or you could check out youtube and find hundreds of videos with members running better times than that. The proof is there all you have to do is look. 14.6 is nothing to brag about at all, rathar slow really. I pulled a 14.3 my first time ever to the track with no traction and on 20s. I didn't post the slip or say to much about because I thought that was slow so I find it funny you are here bragging about a 14.6.

Re: Another Toyota Owner

Hey,

I registered on your X site I think. Pretty nice guys there. I am down to run any X-Runner in the same time zone or mods as my Titan. Its just for fun and to meet new people.

Ya and if we had the aftermarket GM does we would be faster too. So whats your point?
