I really like the Ford Lightning for being what it is, a street truck - but those tail lights kill me every time! If they were smaller and less bug-eyed it would really improve on the looks of that model F150, IMHO.

I hear you. They added the clear Euro tail lights in 2001. The 1999-2000 came with the red tail lights that I feel looked better. I was going to change my clear lights to red ones but have never gotten around to doing so. Below are the red tail lights on a black 1999 Lightning.

I don't t know, what do you consider a fair offer? I was going to ask on the Lightning forum as some of the 1999-2000 owners switched to the clear rear lights and probable have a pair in the garage too. What did yours come off of?

Mine came off a a 99 stepside f150, i switched them out for tinted ones and left them on when i traded it for the titan. Here are some pics of the lights on the truck.

i guess about 50 plus shipping i really dont know what they go for.

I checked out the Lightning forum's parts for sale and found a pair of a Harley-Davidson red rears for $40 plus shipping, but I also found a guy selling carbon fiber rears for $90 that look real good. I'm leaning towards the carbon fiber ones to match my truck but thanks for your offer.
