.....lol thanks for the input warp....but I did have a loud TITAN before and trust me, I don't really want to revert back to it. I guess I got old and now I have a loud car for going fast, and a slow truck thats great for cruising.
Plus the custom exhaust I put on my last truck made close to 300rwhp. Intake/exhaust/timing advance. That was it. People with Banks systems, JBA, or Stillen systems couldn't crawl past 270 rwhp on the Stillen dyno. Heres a vid. Stillen TITAN day 04-21-2007. NISSAN TITAN meet, 2- Video
I have to agree Brace. My custom exhaust dynoed within 1 HP of an '07 Titan with same mods. (Exhaust, AEM intake, 2* advance, both 4x4)
It was cut off right after the Y-Pipes and yes, it was all mandrel bent. I will show you a vid here.
I remember you having the Magnaflow cat-back that utilized the stock Y pipe.
Did you change it up to "custom" after that setup?
Welcome back. I always read your threads because I had the exact truck/model as you, and was looking for the best available mods at the time.

No, I just got a bucket to go fast in now and alot of the newer guys on the forums don't know that I probably the most active racer before the VK56 club was around. I think I went cold turkey though. lol
oh no, i know you're one of the og racers... a lot of these new guys (they're all claimed experts now) were still drooling over titan brochures when you were modding your rig and racing the streets of L.A. fast and furiously.

.....then I woke up....lol Hooligan....your truck looks nothing like it was 2 years ago. Friggin off road machine now!

Actually I never changed the setup after the truck rolled out close to 300whp. I was going to switch out but I would be throwing my money away for a brand name cat back system...and probably lose power at the same time.

haha Brace!!! i remember seeing your taint at the hb meet and i was like... hmmm, that looks prepped for street-racing!
as for my donkey, she's a work in progress... much more to go... much more! some more mods coming soon... think i'll be taking her down to the safer side of Mehico and taking her to a friend's primo's casa who builds trophy trucks and have him build up a rear cage and some other stuff... just a matter of time and when that Kevlar vest i ordered comes in. gonna bring some friends down who own pieces too...

Or just modding other makes/models of vehicles. I swear your posts get dumber and dumber as each day passes. Its not hard to learn more about vehicles as time goes on, there's more companies (like Uprev) who have learned a lot more about these trucks and told us about what works and what not..."their all claimed experts now"...your a straight up dumb-*** dude
Damn dude....you thinking about running your truck in an SCORE events? lol I would of killed myself by flying off a cliff if I rigged my truck to be a pre-runner. But 07 beach meet was classic....heres some pics and yeah, I had alot of raised eye brows with my truck. People asked me if I was running NOS and I'm like....no...thats my TB spacer.lol TITAN+meet+at+Huntington+Beach+1-27-2007

.....if you ever met hooligan you wouldn't call him a dumb *** and most of the time, he is the most sarcastic dude on this site. Grow some balls and quit acting like we are talking about you.

need to have major coinage for SCORE events, but would be a blast no doubt. the thought of tearing up 1000 miles or the 500 or even the 250 makes me cringe considering how brutal Baja can be. nah, i was thinking more along the lines of some MDR, SNORE or BITD racing. even that takes the costs of building the titan up another 20-100k easily... so perhaps, little by little... okay, in all reality, probably won't happen but its absolutely exhilarating flying thru the desert within' the trucks limitations of course and just pushing faster and faster thru the whoops and high speed rollers.... so building it up to an actual legitimate prerunner is the goal. that's about as far as it'll go.
07 HB meet was awesome! it was for sure the best we've had in SoCal so far. i think next time we should group the trucks according to setup. lowered/race set-up together, lifted 4x4s, prerunners, etc... almost have it setup with assigned parking sections. nothing like taking up the whole beach parking lot!

I believe the lower numbers from the recent meets just show how this crappy economy has effected everyone....no matter who you are. Unless you are some white collar working for AIG, you will have to admit, most of us are watching our spending and trying to adapt.
But yeah, lining up trucks by category will be sick, did you see the vid? That horn gave you a buzz. lol

LOL!!! i completely forgot about that ... Demond's horn was ear-deafening! btw, i know i probably complimented you on that vid numerous times but that was some good editing and mixing done on that vid. i even forgot i set that meet up, its seems so long ago.
ya, economy is clearly a factor. many have acquired second jobs or have taken on extra work or no longer have the titan due to the effects of the economy. one thing for sure is if the titan production dies, it'll in a way strengthen the cult status of titans and i think meets will be even more enticing to attend.
