06 Titan V8 LE cats finally caused power loss. 15k short of 300k miles. Can't complain to much so going into truck buying mode.

Near 300k nice job, so you just figure it's time for a new truck instead of getting new cats or going with JBA headers uprev setup?

You sticking with Nissan or are you going to give all the manufactures a shot?

2018 KC Deep Blue Pearl, VK56VD, Pro4X, bought new, 12K mi
2006 KC Majestic Blue Frontier, Nismo 4x4, V-6 4.0, 6Spd, bought new, 147K mi "Sold"

I prefer not using remote start or drive-thrus, both hurt your MPG's a lot & you shouldn't let your vehicle idle more that a minute or so especially unattended.
Remember oil isn't a renewable energy source. One day it will all be gone?

My Titan served me well and I like the new XD. I just can't justify the price tag.

The cost of repairs these days at a local shop exceeds 100.00 per hour. This job is estimated at 10 hours provided no other issues are found or determined. With 300k miles and other ancillary cosmetic issues, I feel I'd rather spend my dollars on something with less miles.
