I changed out my cabin filter the other day and now my blower fan seems real loud and there is almost a vibration in the dash. Anyone have this happen? Any ideas? Not sure if it is just me having gotten so used to the old filters being clogged up. I could not believe the amount of crud in them. Amazed I wasn't having issues with my heat flow this winter!

Could be the increase in airflow or perhaps something was lodged in there and got knocked loose and sucked in after the filter change. Try pulling them out and seeing if the noise changes at all.
you dropped something in there or are imagining things.... vibration in the dash? if so then the blower fan and assembly would have eaten itself by now and that you would definitely be aware of. ive changed the filters many times and even ran home made ones. nothing close to what you describe has ever arisen
