I emailed a popular shop here in Nor Cal about a body lift. They are located in Brentwood Ca the name of the company is Extrememotorsports. I thought i'd share what they said/quoted in case anyone is interested.

Are you able to give me a quote on a Body lift for a 04 Nissan Titan, 2wd if it matters. All i have seen is 3". If you could let me know how much it would cost total installed. Thanks

Aaron

$1050 out the door with tax,gap covers, and installed.

What do you guys think? I am not ready to spend that money yet but i thought i would at least know what it will cost if i decide to go there. Considering the kit cost around $400 plus the cost of gap guards do you think the labor is close (my math=$550ish)

Thanks for the link Timbo sounds like the quote was a little high after all. If i seriously decided on a body lift i would do it myself, i have done everything on my truck so far myself with very little help.

P.S I am subscribed to your gear thread, cant wait to see how it turns out. I want some gears badly 2.93's suck.

Why do you want a body lift? Bigger tires?
I would be lying if i said i didnt want 37's, but with that comes a serious need for new gears. I really dig the look of prerunner trucks and am planning on a new bumper and fenders.

The reason for the email was just for information. I was wondering how reasonable the shop was because out here you see trucks everywhere with their logo, they do a ton of work here.

If your gonna get glass fenders you will be able to run 37's without a body lift.

You think so huh? Thats cool! I am worried about the rear, i have 3" blocks now and i dont really want to lift the rear without lifting the front, i like how my front is 1" higher than the rear currently.

I know so. They'll fit in the back with your 3 inch block too. I have Ionicdynamic front fenders and with my MT kit my truck will only sit 2 inches or so higher than stock. In the back Im running the 2.5" Deavers and a 1" drop shackle. Im getting 37's as soon as they make gears for our front diffs.

My 37s rub in the back with a 3" block and the c-30 deaver pack when im towing my boat. So I wouldnt think they would fit too well with just a 3" block. In my sig picture with my atv in the back I was literally about a 1/4" from my fender. this is with fender flares though and you might have a little more room without them. But when I tow stuff I can see the scrub marks in the paint on my fender flares.

Toyo 37's sit a true 37" high too. The BFG AT 37's that I think Im gonna get are only 36.3". Toyo is one of the only companies to do actuall sizing.

37's plenty of room  And no body lift :ftard:

PRG Deaver C30 spring pack , Radflo 2.0 piggy backs and NO blocks :teethmast And PRG Heavy Duty Shackles
