Congrats man. The Titans look almost perfect IMO with the level or minilift. Now do your detailing magic and take some pics.

Oh wait, if it EVER stops raining around here. Tonight lots or rain, and possible snow showers sat. Cold weather sets in tomorrow for a very long time.

I am waiting to get wheels and tires to post some pics, unless you want to see the lift on the stock wheel/tire set up. You are not kidding about the weather! I couldn't believe the sun was out this morning. I have to go detail other people's cars today. I will post some more pics soon.
Mods so far: PRG mini lift, hood deflector, debadged, tint

Coming: Under seat storage, Leer bed cover painted to match,
20" Hoss with 305/55 Terra Grapplers,( if I can fit it in the budget) pinch weld mod

Chris, you don't miss your z?

Oh yeah I miss the Z. I loved that car. I wanted a new truck, especially a crew cab with the long bed. I had an accident in the Z a few months ago and did a bunch of suspension damage to the car. I just thought the time was right to move on. I got a good deal on the truck, lower payments, and a check from the dealer for 10K to pay off my bills. I am hoping to get a GTR or maybe a Lotus in 5 or so years.( One can dream!) It was still very hard to do. I love this new truck! I am going to do a lot off stuff to it to make it a really special. I have had it for 2 weeks now and here is the list so far:
done- PRG mini lift, hood deflector, tint
this coming week- traction bars, 20" XD Hoss wheels with 305/55 Terra Grapplers, Leer bed cover

Well, I hope everything works out for you. I'd love to have a z, and keep my truck. Maybe one of these days.

Car salesman will take whatever you have to make a deal work. It was no problem. Like I said in an earlier post, They took both the Z and the 05 Titan as trades. I owned the Z, but still owed $9,000 on the Titan. They paid off the truck, got my payments lower, and I got a fat check as well.

Here are some photos I took after I clayed and waxed it today. I don't know how to post full size photos as opposed to thumbnails. I went to the photo on snapfish and copied the address, but that only created a link in my original post. If any one can tell me how to do that please do.

Oh Yeah I almost forgot- Parts already ordered. PRG Mini-lift, PRG street traction bars, Leer bed cover painted to match body.
Why did you clay and wax your truck already?

I'm in the same boat as you. Just got my new 2010 Titan Crew Cab Pro 4x Smoke Grey last week. I'm in love. Got Tech package, Leather, and Utility. and actually lucked out to where nissan ended up putting a dvd player i didn't want in it. So free DVD player incase i ever have kids (or friends get lazy).

Huge difference from the '89 Wrangler I used to drive. Turning radius is the biggest thing getting over, and parking can be difficult. I had only test driven Titans prior, but being an owner feels great!

You would be surprised how much stuff gets bonded to the truck as it is transported or while it sits on the lot. This is especially true if the lot is on a busy road or near a railroad. The truck was generally pretty smooth, but there were a few spots that felt a little rough to me. I think part of it was the fact that it was a brand new truck, and I wanted it to be perfect. I have never owned a black vehicle. As a detailer I never wanted to get a black truck because they are such a PIA to keep clean. It only took about 15 minutes with the truck clean and already wet from the wash.

Congrats on your new truck. 89 Jeep to a 2010 Titan. Awesome. The turning radius is a bit ridiculous! I have the LWB so it is even worse than my 05. The 2010 drives sooo much better than my 05. I love this truck. I had the Leer 700 series bed cover installed today, and on Wednesday or Thursday the wheels and tires are going on the truck. I think I will be doing some cleaning and photographing this weekend so I can post some shots of it with the new stuff.

I installed the wheels and tires today, but I am having some trouble posting the photos.

see if I can post a second shot of the new stuff. I still have to get the traction bars installed, and get an alignment. I will probably get that stuff done next week. I am really happy with the wheels and tires. No Limit in Baltimore did the install, and they are pros. They did the pinch weld mod as well a little reforming and trimming of the liner. They also painted all of my calipers gloss black. I thought that was a brilliant idea and it looks great. You don't have that dingy silver caliper breaking up the look of the machined spokes. I am pleased with the way the truck is looking. Now its time to turn my attention to performance mods!

Glad your happy with it. I'm planning on picking up my 2010 SE crew tomorrow morning.

Wow, the truck is looking great! Galaxy black was the color I wanted back when I got my 05. Couldn't find any anywhere with the options I wanted (without ones I didnt' want anyway) and got the Smoke instead. That was a mighty fine color too. My new 09, Red Attack, and I love it. One question, do you happen to have a picture of the mini lift with the stock rims and tires? I am thinking of getting that as well, but new rims and tires will have to wait. Just thought I would get an idea before throwing any money around. Thanks, and the truck looks great!

Sorry
I did not take any photos with the mini lift on the stock wheels.
It did look great on the stock wheels. The mini lift just gives it a better stance regardless of the wheel /tire set up. It is easy to install, and doesn't change the ride quality at all.

Truck looks great. How much did that leer top cost you if you dont mind me asking. I would like to have one of those also. I had an a.r.e. on my last titan but it just doesnt seem to fit right on them so I am wanting to with leer brand this time. Also, what model number did you get?
