ah so maybe camber bolts from PRG, shocks from shockwarehouse, and alignment from joe down the street.....hmmm got some thinking to do about this one. Tax refund go bye bye
Yeah no doubt especially after buying the tires too. I might have to do it one at a time. Level first then new tires just to make sure I still have somewhere to sleep at night!

On the other hand I could always sleep in my pimp arss truck! I dunno decisions decisions.

I'm gonna do some more research and i'll post back if I find anything of interest. Peace!

alignment will have to be the last thing to do as each of these components will require it. So you might as well buy and install everything at once, and align the whole damn deal. That's my plan. Just to recap here's what i got going:

Nitto Terra grapplers 325/ 60 18
Moto Metal 957's
Bilstein 5100's
PRG camber kit
Discount tire alignment

altogether? $1800ish? Less than $2 for sure

Goggle Bilstein 5100's and you will find alot of websites that sell them and will price match, find the best price and go with them if you think the company is ok. I got mine from Shox.com and they where great to work with. As far as the Camber Bolts go i got mine from Yournissanparts.com for $65.00 shipped to my door and they get them from the Nissan factory that is down the street from there wharehouse or your dealer will have them for a hefty price. The Camber bolts that come on your trucks are just bolts and cant be adjusted to make up for the lift. The Camber bolts are what bolts the Lower Contol Arms the the frame more or less You will need them to get the Alignment streight. Also im not taking anything away from Greg at PRG but if you want to save some money shop around and get the best prices .

If you look at that big bolt to the left it has groves on it and a notch and if you were to climb under your truck right now and find the bolt in the same location it will just be a bolt with no notches. There is 4 bolts total, 2 on each Arm, one in front and one in the back.

Gonna look sick for sure!!!!! That's about exactly what I got going with the exception I can't decide b/t the nitto's and the cooper ltz's and good point bout just going ahead and getting it all done at once. I might however wait to get new wheels if I can.

On that note you think I will need new wheels for the 325's or will the stocks work? And do you think 325's will clear with just the level and without trimming?

Good man! Thanks for the info!

One last question (at least for now) should I go ahead and get the rear shocks as well or does it make that big a difference since my truck is pretty much brand new?

more than likely i will trim i.e. pinch weld mod whether i absolutely need to or not. i'd rather be safe than sorry. Not sure if it will fit on stockers or not as i am not the expert here by far. What i know is only what i've read on here from other members. i just know i really want the moto's so.........getting 'em

Any other owners here have more experience here? Any input is good

I would get them as a set because down the road you will want them anyways plus with a tire that weighs more it will help out with the ride and finally the Factory shocks SUCK A$$...

Greg doesn't have the 5100 listed on his website, but I know he has sold them in the past. I have heard him giving discounts if you purchase multiple items from him (ex. 5100 and camber bolts). I am not saying he WILL give a discount, but it doesn't hurt to give him a call.

As far as tires go, the 325/60/18 should fit. If anything, you may need to trim the pinch weld. If you buy the tires from a local shop, they will let you take the tires on a "test run" before buying.

The stock rear shocks are terrible. If you have the funds to upgrade them with Bilsteins that would be my suggestion. It's not something the "needs" to be done right away, but you will notice a HUGE difference in ride quality once you ditch the stock ones.

Good deal i'll give Greg a call and see if he can help me out and i'll dig a little deeper in the pocket and go ahead and get all four replaced since it'll prob save me some money in the long run.

Sure hope uncle Sam gives me back a good tax return cause i've already got my wish list covered now just need the $.

Thanks again everybody for all the help it's really much appreciated and i'll definitely post some pics in the near future to show off the new ride. Peace!

tru dat guys! Thanks for all the help

Bilsteins all about ride quality or do they help with towing as well? We're shopping for toy haulers and will be using the titan to tow.....non-big tow BTW

most likely if you are looking at ToyHaulers you will have to get a set of airbags for the rear to help out in that department.

Bilstein Heavy Duty shocks will help with towing, they'll give you a little more control over the trailer, but won't really help with the truck sagging under a heavy load. Like adkl1 said, airbags are the best towing solution because when your truck is empty, you can deflate them and they won't affect your ride.

hmmmm airbags? Sheesh talk about a project. Say, does shockwarehouse give a military discount btw?

So shocks are the way to go with leveling the front? Also does an 05 need the different camber bolts?
I would say the 5100's set in the middle is a great way to level it. Im not sure is the 05's came with ajustable bolts you can look and see if the bolts have notches on the washer if so then yes they are adjustable.

Hey guys, so bilsteins all around for me. The question is, rears set at 0, fronts set at the middle setting, that will level it correct? I know the middle setting is a little stiffer but i'm okay with that. Do i need to grind anything or use a spacer at all? Oh and what about adjustable camber bolts? I need those? I'd like to start gathering everything up

The rears aren't adjustable, as far as grinding goes you will just have to see if the UCA is hitting the CoilBucket but most likely you have to do any. No spacer will be needed if you adjust the 5100's to give you the lift you are looking for and finally yes you would be safe to get some adjustable Camber bolts and those can be found at Yournissanparts.com for $65 or you can pay alot at your dealer.
