Not Koyo...The best price for an all aluminum one is on the top of this page
i have gotten 2 oem replacements from a company outside of nissan and they both have blown

and what is the main difference between these and the oem replacement?
I did some searches on Koyo radiators and everyone seems to love them. Best plastic radiator you can buy. Its probably a thicker better quality plastic over our visteon cheap azz chit. I'm pissed about it going out at 37K:( It should be a recall but they wont!!

I got a New Koyo sitting in the shed if anyone needs one in FL let me know.
how much shipped to 75789. i may take it off your hands right now

Sry but at this time im unable to ship as i dont have a box i would trust shipping it with. Im just lookin for $100 for local pick up or i can deliver it between here and NC next month.
Thats a good deal for 165 with warranty on the above post.

What is the best way to refill the radiator? Fill and let it run then check again? I got the Koyo on tonight with no problems:)

Take the cap off the reservoir, fill the radiator with 50/50 mix distilled water/antifreeze till you see it flowing into the reservoir. Put the radiator cap on (not the reservoir cap) and fire it up. Gun it moderately a few times and add water/antifreeze to the reservoir, but keep it 1" below the full line. Put the reservoir cap on and take it for a short ride. Add more to the reservoir if needed

Garden hose till it over fills...then remember you need to add coolant, so you let it run, then add coolant to whatever room you have left in the radiator...LOL, woops thats what I did haha
Never use tap water in an aluminum block, only distilled water.

Wow I just asked that ? about 1 minute ago. LOL Thanks Sudden I'll do it in the am. Did the entire radiator change in about 2.5 hrs by myself.

That's kewl, I'm not looking forward to it...lol. Oh, the radiator and reservoir will take about 1.25 gallons of 50/50 mix. I bought one gallon of distilled water and one gallon of the Nissan green antifreeze, then mixed 1/2 of each into a clean milk jug. The remaining 1/2 jug of the Nissan antifreeze was mixed with the remaining 1/2 jug of distilled water, and I marked it 50/50 for future use. Yours will probably take 1.5 gallons since you did a replacement.

I bought 2 gallons of Prestone 50/50 150K antifreeze tonight.

Eh, I've heard that too, but I have been doing it (using garden hose water) ever since my first vehicle......Of course, I take a bit more pride in this one, so maybe I will drain it and get the right stuff....Does it rust or something?
I forgot the reasons, but I locked it in my head....lol.

I'm pretty sure the Nissan green is a non-silicate antifreeze designed for aluminum blocks, so make sure the Prestone jug says it's ok for aluminum blocks.

LOL... now you wanna listen because Sudden uses distilled water too! :)

Without going into a long drawn out explanation...Yes, rust is one of the issues. Tap water contains minerals such as calcium that can cause rust and lime deposits that will reduce the life and efficiency of our already sketchy cooling system and radiator. The hard water can also cause pitting in the aluminum radiator and water pump impeller. I've seen it first hand!

Yes, the Nissan stuff is a non-silicate formula. Prestone is a low silicate formula last time I checked. I've only used the Nissan stuff since I can get it for the same amount as store brands through my Nissan connection.

Checked the bottle and it says it's safe for aluminum and it is silicate, phosphate, borate, and nitrite free:)
