So about 2 days ago i was pulling onto my street and i gave it some gas and she verb wouldnt touch anything over 2500 rpms. Even if i stopped and floored it it would take about 30 sec to get 10mph. But if I turned it off and restarted it, it would be back to normal. I looked up this problem and its called "limp mode" on my ecu....so tonight my baby rests at the dealership while they figure out the problem...sad day, right after she got a wash too :(

sounds like it's time to pop the viagra to cure the limp mode.:)

hope it's not serious though! that truck is the s**t

Did you do anything to the intake? Perhaps something got into the MAF area?
What dealership did you take it too?

got a call from nissan, so heres the deal...my lift shop tweaked my ABS sensor on the right front wheel which made my ABS light go on...i had them check it out and they said all is well...well this made my transmission go out :D

the reason being the abs was fine, just the sensor was malfunctioning and freaking the computer out causing the tranny to shift irregularly, in the truck, it felt fine, but i guess over time it was getting damaged little by little.

so my lift shop will be getting a veryyy angry call from me in about 2 hours when they open because i have to fork out 449 dollars for a new sensor ;)
