bad idea please dont do that for your trucks sake paint on brakes aint good and if your taken the lugs off take the wheel off while your at it much less work hope this helps
The overspray from bedliner is pretty nasty so definitely take them off to do it. If you do it make sure you prep them real good. Degrease, sand with 80 grit, clean, primer if you want, and then 4 or 5 good coats of bedliner with 1 coat for the inside of the rim.
A bigger jack will make your life much easier, think of the money you are saving on not buying rims and go and spend that on a nice jack it'd only be around 100$ give or take I only have 33s and extended travel package and jacking it up isn't quick or easy with a small one
