has anyone done it with the rims and tires mounted on the truck? if so how did it go? if so did you remove lug nuts or did those get linered too....thanks

The overspray from bedliner is pretty nasty so definitely take them off to do it. If you do it make sure you prep them real good. Degrease, sand with 80 grit, clean, primer if you want, and then 4 or 5 good coats of bedliner with 1 coat for the inside of the rim.

A bigger jack will make your life much easier, think of the money you are saving on not buying rims and go and spend that on a nice jack it'd only be around 100$ give or take I only have 33s and extended travel package and jacking it up isn't quick or easy with a small one
