I have a AEM and it does look exactly like the AEM !!. You know all of these CAI's are made in China anyways so for all we know it might be a unbadged AEM. Then again just because it looks like the AEM it could have terrible quality and offer no performance gains or worse harm the vehicle. A CAI is a product you use for the life of your vehicle so why go cheap. Just get a real AEM for 250$ and have peace of mind and proven dyno results. Just my 2 cents.

I guess it would be ok.. but from expeirence.. stay away from metal tubing. And a no name brand can sketchy. I bought one for my old Monte Carlo and it was missing a vaccumm tube and plastic sleeves were rubber and got too loose and got filled with dirt. Bad materials.. thats all I have experienced with those Ebay ram air intakes.. /:
