Def get some vids of the speedo. Maybe a few 4wd launches. I believe they told Paparyno about a break in period. You might want to check back on that.

lol I have tru trac with 147lb wheel/tire combo and all I do is spin in 2wd when i punch it. Unless you have DRs or slicks, you will just leave 2 nice black marks on the ground.

Yes love my tru trac.

This is from a stand still

I still launch in 4wd because in 2wd, I usually run .3 or more slower. Same trap speeds though.

I dont have one of idle but I can tell you it really doesnt make any different noise. You wouldnt be able to tell I had a blower unless I was getting on it. Can you describe the noise? Grinding, whining? What intake do you have?

edit: just saw you have an Injen like mine. Mine is modified to work with the ram air hood so its not enclosed.

Bro was this a new or used kit??? That is the same exact noise mine started making when the rear pulley bearing started going out. I ignored it until it got a bit louder and it shredded the belt a few weeks ago. Now the pulley is loose and I mean loose. I have the new bearing but since the Mustang blew up and my fingers got crushed, I havent been able to tear everything up and install it.

F&*K this thing, It better be new for what I paid for it. I will call Stillen tomorrow and see if he can help me out. I sent him a PM on mightytitans with a link to the sound. how long did it last you I have a 4000mile trip planned with this thing.

I'm hearing a couple different noises that don't sound right. The prominent fast paced ticking, but also there is some background noise that kinda comes and goes. Bad bearing somewhere, hopefully just a jackshaft bearing.... I've heard that noise more than I care to think of. One bearing after another.....

I am pretty sure the ticking you are hearing are my leaking headers I bet. and yep that wobble/ratatatat sound is the sound I have. Its not a constant sound just about every few rotations of the screws in the SC. Only reason I was not to worried was because it happened on the first start up of the truck once the SC was on. I have had that noise ever since. So is that my barrings if so how hard is it to install them?

I would not say they suck yet lets see if they will fix if ASAP. This thing only has maybe 500miles on it since I blew the trans right out of the box.
Give Kyle a chance he was pretty cool with me while I was talking with him about this kit.

I've had new replacement blowers from the factory make more bearing noise than the ones they were replacing. Blower comes BACK off and start the whole process over again. Just a heads up, I've had similar noise from the rotors making contact, if those bearings are bad, well you know...
