Hey Kha, didn't you have a pre 07 Titan with the 07 intake manifold at one time? If so, do you remember your gains with it? Just curious............

Hey Vinyl: just stumbled across this thread. I am trailering my Titan to an UpRev tuning shop on Tuesday. Did a lot of mods on my 2009. Runs rough and rich, so is going for a tune. Had the Relentless 90mm TB on but took it off as it ran way out of whack. Need to tune for what I've done so far and get it right, then put on the 90mm and then tune again. That's what several people on these sites have suggested. Finally getting around to it. My question to you is, I see you have owned 3 Relentless 90mm TB's. What's up with that? Been problems? OR you have three Titans?? Heard rumours there have been probs with voltage & tuning. What should I be on the look out for??
Thanks for any help you can give.

I have had 3, they are just crap, the one I got on right now is giving me a bad code (throttle body actuator malfunction) that puts my rig in limp mode every now and then, I dissable this dtc thru my rom last night, hopefully it will work and not put my truck in limp mode, who knows, it might work, may not. Just wait till the NEW wiring hardness is ready, 2 cool dudes are working on a new 90mm tb set up.
Thank God for Ben and Pat!! :)

what is it doing on your truck?

Cropdoc, they are giving out full refunds to people who are experiencing problems with their TB's. They just couldn't get them to work right... They should have followed through with all their customers who bought a TB from them! At least checked up on them to see if they were in fact having problems... Sounds like you got left out in the field & they forgot about you? :teethmast

A few people have told me that my ECU could be fried. Could it be fried and still partially working?? Anyways, could anyone suggest where I could get a used ECU? Before Christmas I went thru the wrecker network here in this country and came up empty.

Thanks for that help. Unfortunately didn't see the one I need. I will keep my eye on that eBay site.

Had a bit of time this morning, so I went to the start of this entire thread to see what was going on and to see what the PBMIM was all about. HOLY CRAP !!!! So that's what's going on here. My hat's off to you guys! I will stay posted.
PS - Why didn't 25 of us throw a $1000 in and buy the rights to PGM 4 months ago? These problems would all be behind us. Guess it's like herding cats huh?

What's going on that would cause people to say you need a new ECU?

Update:
I installed the Airaid cai last week tuesday 24th, did a log and gms were at 256.96 max, less than with the volant.
But last night I did another log and its at 280.ish, i will drive it a couple days and see were she's at. My afrs are at high 12's, I also see a few 13's in there, timing is better than ever 25' to 35's (timing was a problem with my truck before the pbmim, Ben seemed to have a problem gettin my timming up in the tune, He hit the nail this time)
Another thing i notice tonight was a - negative timming about at 4500 rpm at wot, I might need new spark plugs, or need to find better fuel, or just disable the knock sensor on my racing map 1(i know its not a good idea but i will use it just for racing, i promise, lol.)
Btw the PBMIM has bout 800 miles now and my truck feels better than ever.
