I just install the stillen long tubes today and im not uprev tuned yet....but i do have the gt and was planning on using it to monitor my afrs but now that im done with the install my bdgt is intermittent between 18 and 0. it doesnt show any number in between just 18 something or 0. Could it have something to do with my extending the o2 wires or maybe because i put in a new universal bosche o2 sensor in the driverside front?

really? nothing! come on i need some input before i want to drive it or before i start tearing stuff apart again lol

It sounds like the BDGT is getting a bad signal from the AFR sensors. Recheck the sensor connecting wires and whatever else that might affect the sensor signal.

are the afr sensors the same as the o2 sensor?

is it only the upstream o2 sensor with the afr sensor? im wondering if it has to do with the universal o2 sensor

The front sensor before the first cat is the AFR/oxygen sensor.

My bdgt was way off on the afr, I compared it to the sniffer at the dyno. Bdgt reading at wot was 13.7-14 and sniffer was 12.2. Just to let you know.

thankyou both for helping. im pretty sure its because the o2 sensor we used was the downstream one not the correct upstream sensor. the mechanic helping me was my gf's cousin and he was ready to be done with it and told me that there was no difference between the two so im pretty sure i wasted 60 bucks on that.
