dayum! sounds great!

Bpipes came in.. Very nicely constructed, Jeff.... Saw my reflection when unwrapping. Very well packaged too.

Maybe Thurs or Fri I will put the new setup on. Time is my enemy.
Keep me informed on the progress. I know about time issue, I will be busy as a cat covering chit this weekend with the welder....:teeth:

Everything is installed. Sounds really good but I'm thinking the wife might want the ultra quiet. If so it will have wait till spring.

Jeff, the only item with the bpipe is the driver side o2 sensor placement. Recommend the angle to come down by .25". I had to tap the heatshield so there wouldn't be contact with the wire right at the end of the sensor.

I will post photos once on the computer. Still need to make a video clip but its about to rain.

Yeah sometimes that will happen, I put them high to get the wire away from the transfer case knuckle as far as possible. Bending the heat shield is better than destroying a sensor. But thanks for the recommendation as it helps me improve. :)

Thanks, Jeff. I need to double check the bolts one last time to ensure they are tightened properly on the exhaust clamps sections and then touch up the spots I nicked and spray the clamps to match. I did anti-seize everything as well.

Behind the mufflers you can see where it's all black to hide and underneath to gray. This is to hide from view in the rear when looking through the tire well and underneath to see for leaks.

System looks great!!!

One thing i would recommend is swapping out your U-bolt clamps for some "Lap" Band Clamps.

I just recently got some from Summit for my custom exhaust & they do work & look a lot better! :)

Here is the teaser. Its from inside the cab with back windows down.
Also put on a new tune that day, ECU still learning before datalogging.
Dang for being lifted rolling on heavy tires, plus full tank.

There is a small drone so I will need to do some testing on the rear exit. Have couple things to test without cutting and before purchasing resonator.

2.5" Cajuns, JBA Catback with Borla 400436 Muffler Swap.

Here is the Borla 400436 Muffler: 3" In/Out. Direct swap without any welding or cutting.

Sounds great Jason! What do you plan on doing for that small drone you have? Certain resonated exhaust tips seem to help a little from what guys say.

For testing, with no cutting, going to remove the tail piece first. Have a buddy that can make a cheap 3" turn down about 6" long. If that fixes the drone then I might look into toning the loudness down a little with a resonator or ultra quiet. The drone is what needs to go.

Still working on some testing but as of right now there is little to no drone by removing the tail piece only, right were it connects. I have a temp mount up to hold the pipe and a 45 angle turn down on the way.

I have couple trips into the DC area so this will be a great to test the drone as I have to head over the mountain to and from DC.

Will update later in the week.
