I said this would cost me about $70 to make the disconnecting links, but in reality I could make these just like the PRG ones for about $40 with all the hardware and ordering the end links from mcmaster-carr. All of my end links are have male ends, so I just need to buy a coupling nut and I have the same setup for only $5 more or so.
The same setup that PRG sells would cost about that much too through McMaster. Just don't reuse the distorted thread lock nuts!! They are designed for one time use.

2 male and 2 female heavy duty ball joint end links cost about $35 from McMaster. Then buying the rest of the nuts and washers at the hardware store is another $5-10. Buying the rest of the hardware from McMaster is a little expensive because you have to buy larger quantities in the 1/2 - 20 size.

Does anyone know the length of the prg links? I made my temporary links but I need to cut the end link down a little. They are a little long and barely touch the cv boot.

Also, when people disconnect their links to offroad, where do they tie the sway bar to?

Here is a pic of the temporary links I made until I get the tubing welded up for quick disconnect ones:

I need to trim the links at least 1/2" on each side to get the total length down
