Totally doable. The only thing normally holding back these things, is the mounting depth. But I highly doubt that sub is that deep.

I mean really, that like 7"x12"x12" of total airspace, plus the offset by the magnet/basket of the sub.

I'm 6' and I got about 2-3" of clearance when I sit in the back. I'd do the seat lift even with no subs just for the added storage space. And yeah a good amp is pretty spendy, but if you get decent low wattage subs then you won't need a big amp. It's plenty of bass for most people. I'm kinda a bass junky so I like a lil more than most.
