Yeah I found some threads on other forums and made my from 4" pvcdrain tube. And the washer bottle I had to cut down and then plastic weld the bottom on that took a little time but didn't cost anything for the bottle and the tube was $15.00

ve been interested in doing this for a while but scared that water might get in through there, can this happen?

They say it can but the scoop comes in below the filter and I have a prefilter that is water resistant

gotcha, i actually got rid of my airaid cause i have louvers in my hood and was worried about rain i may do this soon though 
Just drill some small holes in the bottom of the tube to drain any water that would get in there.

never had an issue with rain water getting ingested in mine. I've had RAM air installed for about 4yrs now. Mudding offroading etc... couldn't tell you, but if your sinking your truck up to the top grill in mud, you may have other issues to worry about.

Nice install. Where did you et the tubing? Is it flexible and you just bend it to fit?

It is solid and got it from lowes. It was a straight shot from the grill to the bottom of the airbox
