When I purchased my Titan in 04 the saleman took one of the famous coin holder trays out of an Armada for me. I just traded my 04 in for an 06 and made sure I took the tray out for my new truck. I don't find it useless . It is a great place to store pens, tire guage. etc.
It is pretty difficult to find a pen when in a bank drive thru in the bottom of that big " ice chest":jester:
I haven't been on the board for a year and I guess i need to update my avatar and profile. I did buy one of the first Titans in Southern California ( born 12-03-03) so my first visit to this board was in Jan 04. It is great to see that the board is bigger and better than ever.

The factory coin holder is really worthless, and expensive.

agreed. it sucks. I put my coins on that cubby area on the left of the dash.
Yep, so do I. I remember my first car, a 1973 Datsun station wagon in H.S. I had a girlfriend that was driving her dad's 1980 Datsun that had a coin holder and I though that was pretty cool, but spending any additonal money for a coin holder is rediculous IMHO. The TITAN has more than enough places to put coins.

I think there's a more important issue that Nissan needs to address, and that's where to put Starbucks cards.

I love mine, and I don't think it is worthless at all. I prefer it to run lengthwise instead of side to side as I can still get file folders out of the center console without moving the tray. I also really like the formed plastic holes that hold specific coins because when I'm on the thruway at night I can just pull the right amount of change from the bin without looking or turning on the cab light.
Where'd ya get that coinholder again Quad??? For free no less!

I could have made a mint! Mwahahaha.

Happy you are enjoying it.

And get EZPass ffs.

My 12 year old knucklehead son and his knucklehead best friend next door seem to make sure that I don't accumulate enough change to warrent a coin holder, but when I do have change, it goes into the cupholder on the console.

Are you kidding, is that the actual name of that town? "Stinkadena, Texas"

Never heard of that one b/f.
That's like "SLAPOUT, ALABAMA" real town, too.
Or "CLIMAX Georgia!"

Sorry for going off track on my own thread!
