its more than likely the back belt that drives the rotors...theres an adjustment back there to tighten the belt up.....
 
Who installed it for you? Make sure all the pulleys are lined up correctly. What year is your Ttian? Do you have the updated idler pulley from Nissan?

i have a 06 titan. its a month old. im not sure about the update stuff but as far as i know it could be the tensioner but im not sure. its at the dealer now getting checked out

its that rear belt on the charger...mine squeeked like h@ll at first.....there should be an alllen head adjusting screw on the back of the charger. its really hard to see once its installed in the truck.
