Mine just turned 1 on 12-3 and I still love it like the first week.

No regrets. I will have had the truck 1 year on 12/10 and after ~15,000 miles it brings a smile to my face everyday. There is no other truck I would rather be driving right now.

I drive a truck because I like it, not because I need it...

In retrospect, I would have gone with a 2wd, with the regular gears to get better mileage (14 vs 18)...and save about 4 grand off the top.

Also, I would have waited and bought an 07 like you are doing so that all the "bugs" could be worked out...I had a few production problems with mine (brakes, transfer case, rear-end) that have been ironed out now (well the rear end is still up in the air, but changes have been made to it).

I probably would not have bought the preffered package and spent the money on aftermarket nav/dvd/subwoofers

that's all the 20/20 hindsight I can offer.

Point blank: The titan has the best the engine tranny of any truck...It's interior fit and finish leave much to be desired...and as with many new models, it had some eary problems. At this point, I'd only really be looking at the tundra as competition...I think it leaves the big 3 in its dust.

Heeeell YEAH!! I've had my Crew Cab Since Sept 2004 and still loving it every morning, afternoon, and night!! To this very day I get complements! Case in point... I was tailgating at the Rose Bowl this weekend for the UCLA/USC (GO BRUINS) game and got lucky enough to get a spot right next to a major walkway (of course to check out all the eye candy walking by). I must have had 10 or more admirers saying either nice truck, thumbs up, or actually peeping there heads in the cab!! Let's not forget the start up growl, the power, and the interior room!! So, you ask... "would you do it over again"??? In a heart beat! Look into it... you won't regret buying one of these beasts!!

ditto here, love driving it all the time!!! had mine for 3 months now, an '06, and i know i'll have this thing for a long time!!! welcome to the board, when you get your titan, this is the best site to be on!!!

No regrets here. Wish I would have got the big tow package but that's it.

I would have bought used....but since it was 04 and there weren't any used ones the used tundras I looked at were weak. But you take a big hit on depreciation. Get a nice used 05 and you'll be very happy with the money you saved and you can apply it towards a CAI and cat back. Basically its the same truck.

I love my Titan, and can't imagine driving anything else, I kind of with I would have gotten the 4x4 though, Oh well something to move up to next time.

I have had mine for 2 years now and its definetly the best truck I have seen, but I still would rather have a car, I have just never really liked trucks that much. I bought the truck because I need it ~20% of the time, now I will buy a car for the other 80%... I knew if I was going to have to get a truck the titan was the only one for me, I would have bought used but they were still to new for used to be availible, so I sold my car to get the titan, rather than having them both.

Would I do it again, hell yes, but I would do it cheaper by getting a 3 year old SE rather than a 1 yr old LE.

I've had my 07 for 2 mo. now. and i dont regret a dang thing. In fact I have bumped wife from #1 to #2 on my list of true loves. (YES, she understands)

While I am sure that this is not what you meant, I am one of those that have owned 2 Titans. The reason I have owned two is because the 04 fell apart after 9600 miles and 9 months. The 05 is not much better, it just turned 2 years old(20k miles) and has averaged more than 1 trip to the dealer per month.
On the other hand, if you drive 99% of time on highways, you will probably be alright. For the money it is hard to beat, it just can't hold up to mostly dirt road driving everyday.
Wait a couple of months and try out the new Tundra, it will probably cost more, but it will probably be worth it.
So, to answer your question, do I regret the purchase of the Titan? The Answer is yes, twice, but that is my fault.

Absolutely I'd do it again. The only way I'm not going to have one is if my trailering needs outgrow my truck. I can't afford TWO trucks, so if that happens I'll just have to hope the anticipated HD Titans will be able to handle my requirements. :D

I had a 04 and finally got Nissan to buy it back. I will not own another untill they do a little more refining on several things.
