Here is my 17 Pro4x. As mentioned before, the truck was $53K...I paid $42K. I used rebates and negotiating. I drove 2 hours to a dealer who had the color and packages that I wanted. I also added the lighted running boards. Here is a pic. I am really enjoying it.

So came home empty handed. Lowest I could get them on the base Pro4x was 40,800 (42,400 OTD). Another dealership had one with Utility and towing package cheapest I could get them was 41,996 (43,629 OTD). Was hoping to get OTD for 40k on the base. The other one isnt horrible but i feel like i could get a better deal.

Picked up my Pro4X in October, dumped the grabbers for 33x12 duratracs, and it's great so far!

Except... minor oil pan leak at 4K miles, I could prob. fix it by torquing the bolts, but it's heading to the dealer thursday.

FYI - Nisstechlifts is stocking level and radflow lift kits for the 2017 half tons, I'll try to wait a while this time ::angel::

Seriously???? This is the configuration I wanted and can't get. Closest one to me available in the country was in Texas (I just noticed your in Texas, I'm in California) last I checked. Why does Texas get all the Pro4x's haha?????....... I'm probably going to order a Ford F150. At least I can order the way I want, with Nissan I can't even order one. They get what they get right now according to Nissan dealers. Most aren't getting in any Pro 4x's or very few I don't understand this???? I also don't understand why you can't get a standard 2wd with painted front and rear bumpers and painted grilles. Last thing I don't understand are the big chrome emblems on the fenders. Does anyone look at those and say wow that looks great????? I would want to remove, fill and repaint the fenders........

So I get to keep this one overnight. They want $45,800 I came back with $42,000. So they said take it tonight and we'll talk in the morning.

I call them fender scabs. I think that they ruin the lines of the truck.
You can get S model fenders without them, and have them painted to match.
At least they should make them easy to remove, instead of leaving a stupid hole that needs to be filled.

You make it sound nasty and call them scabs, but that's a good term. I didn't know they would leave a hole, but I do know that it will leave a indentation. It would look so much better filled in and matched. I don't know if I should get a color I don't particularly want and spend 44.5k and then have to spend another 1k to get the fender filled and repainted. Or order a F150 the way I want it.

They are one of the F350 Super Duty items that were copied by Nissan. They were originally supposed to be working vents for the Cummins in the XD, but they didn't work, so they put a bandaid on the bleeding hole that they stamped, and called it an emblem. It ruined the lines and became an eyesore from PepBoys...

Look at the Warrior fenders that don't have them...they are much nicer looking, so I expect Nissan will figure out a way to add the scab...er emblem to the Warrior if they build it.

BTW, the new Super Duty scablem is even worse.:frown:

Feel free to disagree, I won't get my feelings hurt

Yes I know they put them on the xd for the diesel by why why why the standard Titan. With that said I'm ordering a 17' F150 I just can't settle on something that I'm spending that amount of money on. I don't like the chrome scabs. Overall it felt like a great truck when I dove it. A few things I didn't care for like the orange buttons and such. But not being able to get the configuration I want is a deal breaker for me. I'm keeping my 07' Titan but will be adding a 17' F 150 to the mix...... I still have the Altima and Cadillac as well.

They got me, smart move on letting me take it over night. Now to find running boards (wife has short legs). Salesman said aftermarket would be best bang for the buck over OEM.

Just received Westin Pro Traxx 5" in black for mine. Now if I can ever get them put on without the rain and snow...

Still surprised no one talking about how good these headlights are. They are that good to me.

Also, anyone push the camera button? What does it do? Is it supposed to come on? Mine brings up a setting about the guide lines. The other one I test drove turned. The camera on.

The lights are pretty good. Wish they would have used leds in the driver's. Can't stand to two different colors.
I can only turn my camera on when stopped. As soon as you take off it flips back to the radio.
