Sold my Titan last week and had the UpRev cable unmarried from the truck.
License is on the cable and ready to use. You will need to have a tune done though as there is no base tune with the cable. There is a member on here that can set you up, Seymore4. He is cheaper than going through Uprev from my research for an Etune.
