I don't have a problem with the paypal thing. For every $25 received, it is going to cost $1.03 paypal fee, so that would stick someone with having to pay an additional $10.30 out of their pocket. For whoever accepts the money to break even, everyone who pays via paypal would have to pay $26.06 ($25 + $1.06 (2.9% + $.30) paypal fee). I am willing to accept the payments if you don't want to deal with it. You know that I will be there. You guys let me know if you want me to receive the funds. I have experience with this, you know.:rollingey

Thats a good point though Bryan. My suggestion is to wait and see. If we have 15 or more trucks then we should be ok. If it gets close to the date and we still only have 12 then we may want to ask everyone to go ahead and pay in advance. Has anyone started a list of email addresses for local participants? Maybe that would be a good idea so people that don't check in here regularly can be reached quicker. Instead of prepaying right now, they just give us their contact information.

I sent out a mass e-mail to all the people that I have e-mail addresses for. 26 people, I believe. Hopefuuly we will get a few more to join in.

I went by and talked to Travis today and the 31st is what he is thinking will work. At least 10titans and $25 2pull A/F get your own lunch ;) Theres a good pizza place there.

Yup me too. It has to be at least 10@ $25 a piece or everyone pays more till the $250 minimum is met. We can all pay when we get there if we set it in stone whos comming for sure.
