Have considered getting a used Gen 1. We usually avoid used cars but its not totally ruled out yet. I'd probably take my old one back if I ever found it again. Duct tape on the seats and all, LOL.
Take a look at ridesafely.com they specialize in insurance claims. They have various state of vehicles from garbage to fender benders they have a listing for a Pro4x on there 2013 current bid $2,600 looks like minor damage.

I just read this post so I’m a little late commenting and like jdmartin said, this is just my opinion which may not count for squat. That being said, I bought a leftover new 2018 SV 4x4 with the tow, convenience, and utility packages back at the end of April, 2019 for just over $33k out the door with all of the rebates and discounts they had. I like my truck very much thank you. I will say a couple of things that annoy me are the swoop at the top of the front doors and the dash/door panel material. It makes most of the door too high to comfortably rest your arm on and sucks at a drive thru. The dash and door panel material shows dirt/smudges too easily in black. Everything else is fine including the looks to me. I added the factory fog lights, 5” oval running boards and a Bakflip MX4 bed cover.

One dealer I went to was trying hard to put me in a Platinum and I liked the truck but I had a max amount I was willing to spend and the lowest he would go on that one was $38k. I lucked into the rebates $6k, and dealer discounts $9k on mine, when I bought. They were really wanting 2018’s gone by the end of April 2019. I didn’t care if I missed out on a couple of bells and whistles that 2019’s added. I would have liked the locking rear differential of the Pro-4X but it wasn’t worth the extra money to me.

I am not sure (still) what all the bells and whistles my truck has on it vs other standard trucks as I've not really used much of them. One thing that I don't like vs my 2002 Frontier was the cruise control in the Frontier it would keep you at a steady speed on flat, uphill and downhill - the downhill was a big thing as it would keep it steady. The Titan does not do that. I heard it will do it in TOW mode but I have only used tow mode one time. So far I like just about everything about the truck. the view of the front of the truck is a little restricting but a camera helps that.
