Be aware that if you bought a pre owned vehicle that can connect to the Nissan Connect service app to make sure the previous owner has disconnected from it. I had a 18 PRO-4X and traded it in for a 2020. I was not aware until about a week later that I could still do everything (Track location, unlock, start) with the 2018 even after the dealership sold the vehicle. I had to call Nissan Connect services to have them take it off my account. I am not sure if by resetting the system in the actual vehicle will do anything or not.

I had not heard of this app until I saw your post. Looked it up On the App Store and the reviews are horrendous. Seems like it would be pretty cool if it worked, but I’m not even going to try it after Reading that. Any Titan owners use it?
So I use the app every now and then. It was a pain at first because you have to make an account with the Nissan portal app/website before you can use the Nissan Connect app. Very confusing trying to do it all on mobile, easier to due on computer at first. Once was done opened on the Connect app and kept it logged in. So far has worked for me. I am forgetful if locked vehicle so its nice to be able to check and lock from anywhere.
I use it often... especially when it's either super hot ( summer) or cold (winter) to start my truck. Also comes in handy if I don't have my key fob on me and I need to get into my truck. Find the locate feature useful when my kiddos wanna use my truck [emoji23]

I like the handy google search feature that you can turn into a navigation point. With Google location search you can navigate to a location even though your navigation map hasn't been updated.

The app is really easy to use. I find it really basic tbh but it works easy. Lock/Unlock, Remote Start, (I think panic mode?). Anyways, i wish it was more robust to be honest. But it works great. I got the 5 year deal they had going on. Mainly because I wanted to be able to remote start my truck when i get off work so, even with the tinted ceramic windows/windshield and windshield sun shade, its not blazing hot inside.... it gets to 100+ in summers in NorCal and our work parking lot has little to no shade.
