adam needs to stfu

I have a 2004 cc titan se. as you know the seats cant move up heighth wise. what can i do or buy to increase the seat height? I am like 5'6.

My truck whines a little when turning my 35's. Is there a problem or an upgrade I can look into? Thanks,
