panatrone

Has anyone installed one of these "Panatron" car audio head units in their Titan? Or know anything about them? They look pretty nice and I like the factory look and some of the features, but am I skepticle about the quality. Would love to hear any input. NISSAN Navigation DVD + 6.2 HD screen...
