speedometer

I just bought a 2017 Nissan Titan Crew Cab my question on the gauge cluster where you can flip through all the information is there an update or something I can add to have it show my speed I know the Speedometer an inch to the right I just like seeing the digital version dead center

alright seriously, ive tried superchips and bullydog... can anyone tell me if a programmer exists that can calibrate the speedometer for a lift and bigger tires AND give better fuel economy?.... kind of 2 opposing ideas with the bigger tires and better fuel economy i know haha... thanks so much...
