The guy stopped making them a while ago. However, I remember a thread where someone put the 08 hubs into a 04-07 spindle and they fit (no need for the spacer).
I got a set from chevymanrc, he had some made a couple of months ago. He may have some left over, just pm him and ask.

Your welcome. I haven't yet, I've got the calipers, the spacers, extended stainless brakelines should be here in a day or two, and ordering the rotors and pads when I get paid Friday. So hopefully next week I will be doing the install.

I used this write up to do my 08+ brake upgrade this past Saturday. It's amazing how it stops now, especially without the feeling that my front end is going to fall apart. Thanks to this site and eBay I was able to purchase new cross drilled/slotted rotors with ceramic pads, used calipers, used stainless steel braided brakelines, and the spacer rings for $350!

That's an awesome price CJ,, you running factory calipers?? Also what brand rotors and how did the rings fit? That was my main concern all along with so many different brands and possibly different tolerances per each company.

Yes they are factory calipers from another member on here. I bought the rotors and pads from brakemotive on eBay, they use Powerstop pads. The rings fit real good and snug. I really appreciate you getting those made for us!

Is there an upgrade for those with the 04 and 17 inch wheel? I have the 4x4 OR
You can't go bigger, but you can go better. There are a bunch of aftermarket rotors and pads that will be better than stock. Stillen, Frozen Rotors, Brakemotive, etc.
