Having problems with the T. It doesn't wanna go over 3k rpm and it it studders hard not getting any real acceleration especially punching it from a light

check fuel pressure. Most likely a fuel pump, but if the pressure is correct, there are about 5 other issues that could be the problem and there's two ways to solve, buy parts and guess or get a shop to diagnose.
